Healthcare Consulting
I partner with healthcare organizations, clinics, and startups to develop evidence-based strategies, improve patient outcomes, and optimize clinical workflows. From care plan development to practice recommendations, I bring both frontline critical care experience and advanced practice clinical perspective to every engagement. As an FNP-C, CCRN, and current SRNA, my consulting reflects the full arc of a clinical career built in high-acuity settings.
Speaking & Events
I am available for conferences, nursing schools, corporate wellness events, and healthcare panels. My talks focus on nursing excellence, burnout prevention, career development, the CRNA pathway for ICU nurses and NPs, and the intersection of compassion and clinical skill. Previous speaking engagements include Virginia Nurses Association (VNA) events and regional healthcare summits.
Nurse Mentoring & Career Coaching
Navigating a nursing career is challenging enough — navigating it toward advanced practice or CRNA school is even more so. I offer one-on-one mentoring for nurses and NPs who are considering their next steps: whether that is NP school, CRNA programs, leadership roles, or launching their own practice. I have been in those moments of uncertainty, and I know what meaningful guidance looks like.
CRNA/SRNA Application Support
Accepted to a nurse anesthesia program in 2025 and currently in training as an SRNA, I offer personalized support for nurses and NPs preparing to apply to CRNA programs. This includes application review, personal statement feedback, interview preparation, and honest guidance on competitiveness and timing. I work with applicants from all backgrounds — bedside ICU nurses, NPs, CCRNs — to help them put their strongest application forward.
